Step away from campus and into the trees for a peaceful afternoon designed to help you unwind. From 1–2:30pm, we’ll guide you through grounding exercises, a slow mindful walk, and a journaling session. This is a relaxed, no‑pressure space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself.
Expect calm vibes, fresh air, and a chance to feel genuinely restored. Everyone is welcome! don't forget to dress for the outdoors!
