Festive Toy Appeal…

This Christmas, SUBU is partnering with Home-Start Wessex to help bring some festive joy to local children and families who may be facing difficult circumstances.

Home-Start Wessex is there for families when they need it most, offering compassionate support to help parents overcome challenges, improve wellbeing, and give their children the best start in life.

We're inviting staff, students and visitors to donate new, unwrapped toys and gifts for children aged 2-5 years. Every donation, big or small, can help make a child's Christmas brighter and support local families who may be facing challenges this year.

Simply drop your donation into one of our collection points based at the SUBU reception on Talbot Campus throughout the campaign and help us spread kindness, generosity and festive cheer across our community.

Together, we can make a meaningful difference and ensure more children have something special to open this Christmas.

Donations will be accepted throughout November until Tuesday 8th December. Please donate new, unopened toys and gifts suitable for children aged 2-5 years. We're especially looking for toys that support early learning, creativity, imagination and development, helping children learn through play while creating special Christmas memories.

Every donation, big or small, will help make a difference to a local family this Christmas. Thank you for your generosity and support.
