OUR GUESTS
We are delighted to be joined by two experienced wellbeing professionals:
Melina James is a qualified breath coach who helps individuals, teams, and businesses reclaim their space and capacity through breath utilisation.
She supports people in integrating the benefits of breathwork into daily life by developing a consistent practice, building self-awareness, and creating a practical toolkit to navigate life’s challenges.
Her experience as a trainee pilot in the Royal Air Force within the Military Flying Training System means she has firsthand understanding of high-pressure environments and a deep belief that effective breathing can support performance and wellbeing in any situation or setting.
She will help us understand why breath is the foundational to wellness, how to recognise stress and dysregulation and what breath techniques we can use
